Virtual Office in Bali: PT PMA Address at Bukithub

Setting up a company in Indonesia usually starts with one practical question: where is your official business address?

For founders and remote teams based in Bali, renting a full office just to tick that box is expensive and often unnecessary. A virtual office gives you a professional Indonesian address, mail handling, and the documents many company setups require — without paying for a desk you barely use.

That’s what Bukithub’s virtual office is built for.

What a virtual office actually gives you

A virtual office is not a PO box and not a fake address on paper.

At Bukithub, it means:

A real commercial address in Ungasan (Uluwatu / Bukit area)
Mail handling with notifications when something arrives
Meeting room credits when you need a proper room for clients or partners
Legal documents commonly needed for company setup (including IMB and a rental agreement)
Address proof documentation for PT PMA applications

You get a Bali business presence. You decide later whether you also want a dedicated desk.

Why the address matters for PT PMA

A PT PMA (foreign-owned Indonesian company) needs a registered domicile. Authorities, banks, and company-setup advisors look at more than the street name — they care whether the address sits in a suitable commercial zone and whether the provider can supply the supporting documents.

Bukithub’s virtual office package is designed around that reality:

Located in a designated commercial zone (zonasi perkantoran)
Operated with the permits needed to offer virtual office services
Includes address proof documentation for PT PMA
Includes building documents such as IMB and a rental agreement

Rules and OSS checks can vary by business activity (KBLI) and by year, so treat the address as one piece of a compliant setup. Confirm with your notary or company-formation advisor that your planned activities fit a virtual office domicile before you file.

What’s included (and what it costs)

Who this is for

This setup fits well if you:

Are registering a PT PMA and need a Bali domicile with supporting documents
Run a remote or hybrid team and only need an address + mail + occasional meeting space
Already have somewhere to work, but that space lacks the right building permit or zoning for company registration
Want a provider that will still be around as long as your company is — not a one-year mailbox that disappears

Common client industries at Bukithub include tourism, consultancy, technology, beauty and spa, wellness, and other service businesses.

If you also want to work on-site, Bukithub’s day, weekly, and monthly coworking passes sit in the same building — so your legal address and your work base can live under one roof.

A virtual office won’t replace legal advice — but it can remove the expensive part of “we need an Indonesian address before we can move.”

If you’re building from Bali and need a clean domicile with mail handling and meeting space, Bukithub’s virtual office is the straightforward option at IDR 5.5M/year.
